2. Equipment material
Taking integrated sewage treatment equipment as an example, there are carbon steel materials, fiberglass materials, and stainless steel materials. The prices are definitely different, and generally speaking, carbon steel materials with high cost-effectiveness are commonly used, which can be treated with anti-corrosion and rust removal. If it is a high cold area such as Qinghai Tibet or Northeast China, insulation should be considered, such as embedded rock wool insulation, electric heating insulation, and buried insulation. Or a combination of the three. Of course, northern regions also need to consider this, and generally adopt underground burial to solve it. If the customer needs aesthetics and needs to spray paint on it, this also needs to be included in the cost.

3. Water volume to be treated

The size of sewage treatment equipment required to process one ton per day is definitely different from that required to process 500 tons per day. As the amount of water increases, the price will also increase.

4. Accessories

The fan lifting pump control box is sufficient, but it is still the best. For example, the control cabinet has a PLC fully automatic control cabinet, which will automatically run after setting the parameters. No need to worry, ordinary ones may require manual operation, and the price of the former will definitely be much higher.

5. Equipment type

Choose various types of equipment according to different schemes, such as integrated AO, A2O, MBR, SBR, ABR, etc. Air floatation machines include dissolved air floatation machines, concave air floatation machines, high-efficiency shallow air floatation machines, etc. Anaerobic towers are divided into UASB anaerobic towers, IC anaerobic towers, ESGB anaerobic towers, solid-liquid separation also includes plate and frame filter presses, stacked screw machines, and inclined screen solid-liquid separators.
